How to cancel a signature ADR within 3 days?

I thought for some reason that signature dining cancelations have to be within 48 hrs. It is 72. The phone number listed in app takes me to dining reservations but they say they can’t cancel it for me without charging $300 for my party of 3 at Monsieur Paul. They say I need to talk to guest services which worries me since we won’t be on property until less than 24 hrs prior to reservation time. What should I do?

Keep the reservation! Or, can you go a different night? Maybe they could move it for you, though that might be hard since you're within a 2 day window. That's why it's so important to read the cancellation policy. Hope it works out for you!
 
Monier Paul as you know is a prefix menu with that they purchase the needed food to accommodate the bookings to keep a higher standard for price. Can not tell you if there is a way around the reservation but I would doubt it being your cancellation will result in a loss to the restaurant as the food will need to be disposed of if not used. Maybe you can try find a family or couple who wants this reservation to replace you to minimize the cost to you?
 
Unless guest services offers some pixie dust there really isn't much you can do other than dine there or paying the cancellation fee. The cancellation terms are quite clear on the website and throughout the booking process.
