The DVC Murphy Bed would be perfect... could double as couch to watch the kiddos...

How can I order one? Do they sell them with the Disney designs?

My parents bought the fold out couch used in deluxe studios! Local store in Naples, Florida but very very expensive.

So did we. But we bought it here in Texas, and it was expensive, but not too bad. And we've probably had it over 20 years now, and still using it.
