How to book "soon to be" restaurants?

We would like to eat at the new Pizzaria in the Italy portion of Epcot during our October trip. We are in our ADR window, but how do we get an ADR if it's not open yet? It will be table service, correct? Thanks!!

When the time gets closer, they will (may?) open up ADRs. We won't know for sure until an announcement from Disney or they're magically turned on in the ADR system. Most likely won't be until after (or at the same time) as they make the official opening date announcement.

I'm right there with you . Already have ADRs for San Angel and Tutto for two different dinners, would love to slide these into those slots though.
