How to bind autograph book

I'm making a photo autograph book for my kiddos using 4x6 photos put onto cardstock. I'm wondering, where do you get them bound and what is the best way? Spiral bound? About how much does it cost?

I take mine to Office Max and get them spiral bound. I believe they cost a couple dollars each.
Once we get home I turn the autograph books into photo albums that the kids keep in their room.
They love looking at them.

What type of paper did you use for the autograph sections and on the cover? Do you have office max print and bind it for you? Also do they have plastic cover pages available? Thanks a bunch!!

I bought heavy card stock for the cover and inside pages.
I believe you can have the binding to include a back page that is black or dark blue. I never took this option because I make 3 autograph books and didn't want to pay the extra amount. I am sure you could add a clear cover page to the front for an added fee too.
I print them myself at home and have Office Max cut the pages with their slicer. Again, this is an added fee. They charge per slice, but they jam a bunch of pages in there, so it is only a few extra dollars. I go to Office Max because it is closest to me, but I bet Office Depot and Kinkos would also help you.

Does Staples or Office Depot do this? We don't have an Office Max close. And no Kinkos either.

I just wanted to mention that depending on the size you can also just buy a small photo album (dollar Tree) and insert the autograph pages in the protective pages. You do have to remove them for the characters to sign.

I get mine spiral bound at the UPS Store. It usually cost me about $2 each for a medium spiral size.
