How to ask if you have a pin?

When I went on my last trip I used an email I don't use anymore because of viruses, if there is one sent to my email is it connected with my name? My husband booked this trip with his email. So is it possible he could have a pin and I could have a pin or is it connected to both of our names since we are married and go on trips togehther? Can I just call and ask them if their is a pin with my name or my husbands? Thank you

Hi! Yes, you can just call them and ask if there are any pin codes for your household. They can check your name and your husband's name. I hope you get lucky! I tried calling a few weeks ago and just this past week and nothing We really need the one for end of April through May that people are getting. My best friend got that one and can't use it...I was so jealous I do usually get them in the snail mail, but they must know I already have my trip booked this time around...ha!

Thank you, I have never done it before we booked our trip for February but I saw one person booked their trip then got a pin and saved more money and changed hotels. So I'm just curious, I don't want to be rude. lol I'm new to this asking thing and I have saw people have checked but didn't know the polite way of doing it.

I just called the reservation number and asked if there were by any chance any pins associated with my or my husband's names. They checked and sure enough I had one! I didn't get the email for 2 days after that! Don't ever feel bad about asking. I am sure they get tons of calls like that everyday!! Good luck!!
