How to add a party we are travelling with?

Staying on our own points at Poly in September. Parents staying on rented points at Poly as well. Would like to have our rooms near each other. Do I need to call member services to link the reservations? Thanks!

Yes. As a three-way call with the person who rented the points to your parents, unfortunately.

You and the other owner need to contact MS and place a 'Travel With' on both reservations. The 'Travel With' will alert the room assigner that there are multiple rooms and to try and place them as near to each other as possible. If you have any requests noted on the reservations, they should be identical for each.

This does not require a 3 way call and as Michael said each will need to add the travel with notation to their reservation. It is not linking as that is connecting reservations to stay in the same room. Most CM's will figure out what you mean and others will school you on the terminology which is what has happened to me and why I'm passing it along! Actually, that schooling wasn't on a travel with but rather on linking and continuing stays etc. And I'm still not clear on what they want for that so I use both terms. lol
