Can anyone provide info/ advice on how to accommodate 2 adults and 3 small children (all over the age of 3) in a DVC resort? :confused3 Please don't tell me I have to get a 2 BR! :sad2: Thanks!

They do allow 5 in a 1BR but they don't provide the bedding for the 3rd person.

:smooth: Actually, the third person will be fine - it's the 5th that won't have any bedding or towels provided! :smooth:

Options for a family of 5 include a 2BR, a 1BR (you will need to provide your own bed, linens and towels for occupancy over 4) or 2 studios (the studios will not connect and may not be near each other).

You can actually do 5 in a studio. If the children are that young they could all fit on the pullout. We did 4 adults 1 child in a studio once. Not on purpose, but it wasn't that bad.

One other thing to consider is if Disney decides to enforce occupancy rules(prolly not going to happen) then you would have to get a 2br, or 2 studios.

Because DVC Occupancy threads tend to get heated, they are referred to this thread DVC Occupancy Thread
