How successful are waitlists at the BLT during June, July and August? Primarily 2 bedroom theme park or lake view rooms.

How far ahead did you get on the waitlist? How many consecutive nights?

Generally (and historically), pretty good. Summer months have been easier to book everywhere at 7 months. IMO, odds for a Lake view at BLT are quite good 6-7 months out. Theme Park view is pretty good as well. Of course, the closer to arrival and the longer the trip, the lower the odds.

Given the pent up demand and the covid/closure-related point "glut", it's going to be more difficult to book all dates in 2022, and maybe 2023 as well.

BLT has the most quantity in Lake View rooms, and waitlist works better for shorter reservations. I hate the way DVC waitlists work. Every waitlist I put in I filled myself with stalking instead.

For Summer 2022, you can still book at 7 months, which should work!

Exactly--especially for VGC where waitlists have never worked for me there and I have had success stalking multiple times a day.
