How strict is DA about the 48 hours thing?

I bought 2 pins over the last 9 days. Today is day 10 and I need to check out. If possible I'd like to wait to see if the Yzma pin is released today so I can include it. My question is do I have to check out by 12 noon (EDT) or do I have until the end of the day? Thanks in advance!!

I've checked out later than 10 days because I was on the road, as usual. However, talking with some CMs lately, DA is going to start getting strict about the 10 day rule. Just don't know when that's starting.

A couple of weeks ago I had gone about 245 hours and had no problem. That was 5 hours over the ten days, but it was on the 10th calendar day (if this makes any sense).

My experience is they have been fairly strict, and are getting stricter; but I am 99% sure you have until midnight the 10th day--not noon.

I spoke with DA about this last week.

Here's the key points I got from that conversation:

1. Yes, it is now stricter because of the change to eBay's non-paying bidder program. The new eBay system automatically generates the strike.

2. You must pay by midnight Pacific time, 10 calendar days from your purchase date.
For example: I bought a pin on Monday, August 16 at Noon EDT.
I must pay for that pin by midnight PDT, August 26th (3 AM EDT, August 27th).
