I'm thinking about getting the birthday fastpass for my DD's birthday visit. However, we are aparty of 7. The website says it's good for 6. How strick are they about the number? Do they really tell us to leave one person out?

This is good to know. We are also a party of 7 and would have alternated who would sit out, but its great that they are allowing the entire party on! I wonder if it is at the discretion of the CMs and if during busier times (like I'm expecting in August) they will be more strict.

Either way, 6 people getting on is still a great perk!

Birthday fastpass? I need more info on this one! Going to be WDW on my dd birthday but such a rookie! :confused3 We already have her birthday pass but what is this??:rolleyes1

I am with you here - I too am a rookie and would love to know more info on this one.

Once you register your birthday (and you present the proof at the park), you can choose from 1 of 3 options:

1. Free admission to the one park on your birthday
2. Free fastpasses for 4 attractions at the park for birthday person and up to 5 guests. Attraction choices are listed in two groups at each park, and you can pick 2 from each group. Somewhere there is a breakdown of the groups, but I can't find it at the moment. Disney reports that the fastpasses may not be available after 11am.
3. Gift card for Disney merchandise, totalling the cost of a one day admission ~$67.00.
