how soon if I need to change Easter SSR ressie

I have a 2BR dedicated right not from 4/4 to 4/10 next spring break (Easter is
Sunday April 12). I am adding one cash night 4/3.
If I decide to change it so it is Monday 4/6 checking out Monday 4/13, how soon would these be booked up? We are 9 1/2 months out roughly. Plane fares are much better. The kids miss a day of school either way and airfare is cheaper.
Also....can I book with points Monday-Friday, cash Saturday, points Sunday? I need to pay cash for a weekend night but have enough points for the rest.
Oh, and if I do that....that means I can only get the dining plan Monday-Friday, right? Because the other two nights would be different reservations.

I believe you can get them to link the reservations so that you can have DDP the whole trip.
