How soon can I pick up tickets?

I'm doing a split stay and considering different options if free dining is offered. I have a room only booked for 11/23-11/26. I would do a package from 11/26 - 12/7 with tickets. Would I be able to get my tickets 3 days early? I want to convert them to annual passes.

You will be able to get your package tickets p to 10 days before then package check-in date.
At any Guest Relations at any park, or at TTC, or at DS/DTD.
