How Soon Before Any Codes Show Up For Nov.?

Just curious about AP rates or any others. In the past do they offer AP rates in Nov.? HELP!!!!

Yes, they have in the past. We, too, are waiting for Nov. AP rates. They will probably be published in the summer Mickey Monitor -- we're expecting to see some show up around July, but you never know.

Last year they did offer AP rates in November, but they haven't in previous years. I'm also hoping for a great discount for November.

I have read several articles from the Sentinel where Disney officials have stated that they will be offering more and more discounts. I think the chances of discounts are good, but they may be codes instead of AP rates - who can really tell at this point? The current code is for check-ins 8/25 - 10/2 and must be booked by July 8. I think a week or two later, we'll see something for November if they are going to do it. I am still hoping for something early December...

Thanks for the info. We just got back Sat. and now my Mom wants to go over Thanksgiving and stay at the GF. I'm hoping for a AP or a code anything that will save us some $$$.

They did have great rates including AP last year, probably because of what 9/11 did to already lower attendance. Historically, AP rates are not offered in October, November December. Let's hope for the best! That's our favorite time of year to go!

I think the AP discounted rates came out before 9/11 last year, so there is a chance they will have them again this year.

Last year I had book the GF with the AP rate on July 6th I believe. I just saw my paperwork and it was just after the 4th of July. I know they came out a few days prior because I had booked the Poly with AP rate then switched to GF. I'm hoping that they come out around the same time this year, looking for AP rate for October and the suspense is killing me!!!

came out long before 9/11--I booked originally 7/12/01. I had six days booked for the 2nd week of November at BC concierge for $276.33 per night. I later changed that (on 8/7/01) to a 7 night stay at Polynesian concierge for the same amount per night BUT didn't require an AP (code) which saved me the cost of purchasing one. (A lot of good that did me since I now have one.)

So, I guess I'd be watching about July for those discounts in November. I know we've been thinking about a November trip, too. (Our only hesitation is we're already booked for June 2003 and we may be making a trip in March or April with the band.) We didn't make that trip last November after the 9/11 fears. My husband and I would have gone but our kids were really fearful about our traveling and we cancelled! Doesn't that figure. . .you get a good rate and have to cancel it!
