How soaked do you get on the Aqua Duck?

Well, while you do get wet, I'd say it's not very "soaked". It's likely that your hair will get sprayed, but not soaking.

I only ride it with my DS7 so I was always in the back. After each of the two dips water comes at you from the back. I had my hair in a ponytail and only the bottom got wet. The rest of me was pretty wet. My son’s hair was never wet riding in the front. Hope that helps!

I don't like to get my hair wet either. I don't recall getting wet hair on the Aqua Duck.

When I go with my dd, I sit in the back and there is some splash back on the two "dips" areas but other than that she had dried hair until she fell getting out of the raft (she was 6 though)

Just bad luck for me I guess. I rode with my 7 year old and didn’t want my hair to get wet either. My kids assured me I wouldn’t. But the first dip, water went right over her onto my head. It was fun though!

If she rolls it up in a quick bun, it'll stay dry. The water is all at the bottom, no waterfalls or anything, so you get splashed on your back, not on the top of your head.

As PP’s mentioned it is the rider in the rear that gets splashed. If she is shorter than you expect her lower body to set wet but you can block the splash/spray at the two dips.

If you are the real Captain Kate, while in port at someplace like St. Maartin, can’t you just use your binoculars and look out from the bridge of the Equinox over at the Aquaduck and see how wet the people are.

If she sits in the front, there’s less likely a chance her hair will get wet as long as she’s careful about getting out of the raft at the end.

I always get soaked whether I sit in front or behind DH.When I sit in the back, I usually get a wave up my back and sometimes over the head when you go down the dip. When I sit in front, I usually get the wave in my face. I just plan for it now.

I got soaked pretty good sitting in the back, my wife was in front her hair wasn't soaking wet but you get a few splashes. There are two dips that get you really wet and boy is it fun....bring a shower cap. I'm bald so I don't have this problem

I ride in the back with my son and there always seems to be some splash up onto my hair. I wear mine in a bun and the bottom of my hair gets wet. I am 5'4 if there gives you a height idea.

I'm 5'2" ... when I ride in the back behind one of my boys with my hair up, I always get hit right smack in the back of my head on the first dip.

Hard to believe Mulgrew was not the original choice for Janeway. I never really liked Voyager but Mulgrew was very good in the role.

Would agree with that. But to be fair, OP's teen is only worried about the hair. I could see that being a thing if you've got long hair and don't want to spend time drying it out.
