Wow I am shocked so many wouldn't speak to the kids. I am so counting on strangers to help me with DD 13. She is at the age where I have to let her have some room. Therefore I can't breathe down her neck every moment. I was hoping if she did something which we all know kids do that someone would speak up and say hey don't do so and so. I would be livid if they punished her but if she is say talking in the back of the theater ask her to stop and then tell her you will have her ejected. Then do it if she doesn't listen. This way she sees that not only mom made up the polite in public rules. KWIM.
How should DH & I have handled THIS?????
