How responsive your TA has been these days? I sent my TA an email on Monday and again on Friday since I didn’t hear from her. I don’t want to be too impatient but I asked her to check if Disney will honor the 25% off for our rebooked cruise.

I hear from my DU TA the same day. She’s been terrific at helping me process a cancellation this past week.

Just two weeks earlier, she was helping me get prices on the cost to upgrade my cabin to a verandah. How quickly circumstances have changed...

My DU TA gets back to me the same day. ive been sending her just brief questions and she responds quickly. I know mornings are her busy times. I have a cruise for April that’s not canceled yet, so trying to come up with a plan. I hate the waiting and want to move forward.

I don't think anyone has reported that they retro-actively got the extra 25% for a rebooked cruise. From what I'm reading once YOU made the decision to rebook with the no-cancellation fee offer, that is all you will get. The only people who are getting the extra 25% credit are the people who still intended to cruise and the choice was taken away from them by DCL cancelling their cruise.

Possibly your TA doesn’t understand your question, though she should reach out so you can clarify. I’m not aware of a 25% discount offer from DCL. Some cruises that were canceled were offered a 125% credit; that’s based on the fare paid for the original canceled cruise not a discount off fare for the new date. If you rebooked before such offer was extended, or your original cruise date doesn’t fall within that offer, I don’t believe it will be given.

Enjoy your cruise!

Thanks, everyone. people in my Facebook cruise group reported getting the discount retroactively if they had rebooked within 24 hours of the announcement of cancellation. So anyway, I wanted to have her check into that. I don’t know if it’s too late. I’ll try messaging through the du website.

My Small World TA has been awesome, as usual. Responded within a day about postponing our May cruise, and was able to change to exactly what we wanted.

My Small Word TA has also been very responsive. Usually answers within a couple hours during the work week and even within a few hours on the weekend as well.

Thanks, everyone. I sent a message through the “contact us” link and got a message from my TA saying that their management is working with Disney because there are lots of other people asking the same question. I take it the reason she hadn’t returned my email yet is because it was unresolved and will email again as soon as there is any word.

My agent with Mouse Fan Travel has been great. Despite being in Orlando on a vacation when the cruises were cancelled, she immediately notified us that the cruises were cancelled even before I got word elsewhere it was off. And while other people have had to spend hours on the phone trying to rebook, I only sent a couple of emails to get rescheduled.
