How rare is this pin?

I recently received a pin of the magical express bus. I would like to know if this is something that they gave to guests or was it a cm pin or ??

When i booked my trip for sept 2005, i got a coupon for a free pin. The pin got was a magical express bus. I booked a trip in Nov for jan 2006 and i just got in the mail the same coupon. So i am thinking everyone who gets the magical express will get this pin.

The free pin program for Disney Magical Express bus riders was discontinued for Nov & Dec 2005, but I guess it is back for 2006. We rode in Nov and did not get a coupon for a pin in our booklet.

Its got a pretty low trade ratio on pinpics which generally means its very easy to obtain and not very sought after-
