Hi all,
Planning a trip to Disney in August... This will be our 4th trip, but its been a few years since we've been there. I know about the 180days+ timeline when I will be able to make reservations, and that comes up in early February.
We definitely want breakfast at Chef Mickeys, Sunday, August 18th, for 4 people, and I'd like to have my pick of times, so I can make breakfast the time we need (probably around 8am)... but I was wondering if this is still a very popular character meal, and how quickly that might fill up? Do I need to make this reservation right around the 180 day mark, or can it be made weeks later? (We have not yet make our resort reservations.)
Also, how popular is dinner (a Sunday in August) at Epcot's Garden Grill - would reservations be suggested? Are walk-ups possible? How far in advance does this character meal fill up? Also, generally-speaking, how long does it take from the time of checking-in for the meal, to finish and be done (i.e. in time for illumiNations?)
Thanks!
