How quick are you to get back on track after self-sabotaging?

Definately identified this as an area where I need to be quicker. Seems once I start slipping its not easy to get back to eating correctly. How do you get a hold of yourself and get back on track? Any ideas very much welcome - thanks
 
Once I got back from vacation and started reading all the posts on WISH about everyone's loss, I started to feel guilty and it make me get right back on track, so I would say the WISH board is a huge part of my accomplishments! I think without WISH, I wouldn't have as much desire to lose the weight...:)

WISH I could take the WISH boards with me whereever I go - maybe I need a laptop
 
I agree, without having to face the "wish" board I honestly think I would let my workout routine slip away. So keep on checking these boards and good luck with whatever workout that you do.
 

Geez, after going great for 6 weeks I am in sabatoge mode and I can't get out!!! Whaaaaaa! Somehow I lost my focus. So, I am going to be reading posts like crazy!

Glad you brought up this subject maybe we can both find solutions!
