How plan without hours/schedule?

We're taking our 3rd trip in January 2018, and for the first time I'll be able to make dining reservations 180 days out. My 180 days is coming up so I'm trying to choose which parks to visit on which day. But how do you do that when Disney isn't releasing their fireworks/night show schedule prior to 180 days? We don't usually buy park hoppers. We have a Touring Plans subscription so I could go just off of the crowd calendar but have no idea if the shows will be offered on any given evening.
Is there a place that kind of estimates what to expect? We'll be there last week of January/early February.
Any advice is appreciated!

Go off what is out there from Disney and for the most part you can go off showtimes from December and also look at times from the previous year. If say fireworks were at 9pm last Jan, I'd anticipate the same

Nearly every show is done daily

We're not early rope-drop risers so the only thing I can add is - don't forget the 3p parade got a new time recently. I'm not sure if this is long term or just for the summer but something to investigate before setting up lunch dining.

A PP said "nearly" every show is daily. I seem to remember having to plan which days to visit which parks in part based on whether they were offering their evening show that night. So which do offer it every night and which don't?

Thank you!

Everything is offered daily/nightly unless it's announced otherwise. Like when they did RoL and Star Wars fireworks on certain days of the week (both nightly now)

I can't think of anything currently that is not done daily

My 180 days is Saturday and i'm having the same dilemma. Even when I look at Decembers HEA is later than the projected MK close time. I'm kind of tossing my hands up on the schedule too. Next time I'll plan for March so I have time to process but I couldn't stomach the extra $1600 to go 2 months later this time. Where can you see what the show times were last year?
