How old were you when you first visited a Disney park.....and if you're brave.....what year was it??

Fishbone+ got me thinking back to my first visit to WDW......in 1974. We spent 2 days just in MK which was the only park and didn't even have many of the big rides. I wore a polyester pants suit the first day we were there!

I was 20 in 1975 visiting with a friend. We rode Space Mountain without knowing anything about it. All I can remember is that my friend had on a tube top and by the end of the ride the force of it had her tube top down around her waist

Come to think of it I may have been wearing a tube top with that pants suit!!!

Not sure, but it was to Disneylad in about 1965 - I would have been 11. Just not sure what year it was. But that's about how old I was.

Magic Kingdom - 1975 - I was 11 years old...and I am thinking that I may have had on polyester also...

That was the last time that my Mom was there until we took her for a week this August...Boy was she ever surprised at the changes....

I was 8yo in 1973. This year will be my 30th anniversary trip (I hope ) I remember the magic from that very first trip and I honestly didn't know anything about Disney magic back then.

1976 - Grad Nite. I was 17. I remember wearing a pastel blue pantsuit and white sandals. They told us we weren't allowed to wear jeans or anything casual.
