How old do you have to be to rent a hotel room in Disney??

I know rental cars have age restrictions (25??).

And I'm thinking I've had friends graduate high school & go to WDW with other friends. ??

But maybe they stayed off-property. GASP! (LOL )

That's why i ask..we're trying to plan a post-graduation trip...i wont be 18 until 2 weeks before the trip though..and we are definitely staying on property

I was just looking on Disney's website -- under FAQ. Can't find anything. Closest I found was a contest they are running. You win a trip. You must be 18 to enter the contest. ????

I also tried Google. Kept coming up with age & height restrictions for rides.

You might have to call CRO -- but then again, who knows if the answer will be right?

Are any of your other friends going to be 18 by the time you get there?

Just another thought -- but try this on the Hotel Resort board too.


Also, gosh, there MUST be some 18 yr old honeymooners out there! Try that board too.

While 'looking around' at booking another trip, you must be 18 to enter the info and (supposedly) get a quote. 18 at registration is fine, I'm sure. Have a great time!

Well, my penpal and I stayed at All Star Music by ourselves when we were 18 and 19 years old.

My DS went with four friends for their HS graduation two years ago. You had to be 18 to book a room. You have to be 25 to rent a car.

I was glad they chose Disney for their first trip alone and not an island, etc. I knew that they weould be relatively safe in the Disney environment. Besides, my DS had many trips under his belt so that he knew the "lay of the land".

I think if everyone who is definitely thinking about going comes...I'll be 18 and 2 more will be 18+, possibly 2 more that are 18 as well.
So we should be all set.
