How old for CC jet skis??

We would like to rent the jet skis on CC. I've ready two different reports on how old the kids have to be to ride alone.

16 with parent consent and then I've read 18. Does anyone know the age guidelines???

This is from the DCL website:

Watercraft Ski Adventure - Single
To ride, you must be at least 8 years old. To drive, you must be at least 18 years old.

Watercraft Ski Adventure - Double
Guests ages 16 or 17 years old who wish to drive may do so with written authorization from a parent or guardian and must be on the same "WaveRunner" as this parent or guardian.
