How old do you think you look?

From across a room, I could maybe pass for 35-40. I’m tall and fit and not gray yet. Up close, the hair gets thinner and the wrinkles show, so 45-50. I’m actually 59. As soon as my hair finally goes gray or falls out, I expect a rapid decline and will show my age and more!

I’m 59 and was still getting carded for beer up until a couple years ago. Which means they weren’t sure if I was 40. Everybody says I don’t look my age. They can’t believe it when I tell them I have a 38 year old son. I’m a brunette with some grey hair here and there but nothing really noticeable. I would say I look late 40’s.

How old do you think you look?

Time was I looked about 10-12 years younger than I was. Now, I think I look about my age or a couple of years older, depending on the day.

My mind tells m I’m still thirty, my body on-the-other-hand is dreadfully correct in reminding me that I’m not. I still have brown hair, some “captain fantastic” gray streaks right at my temples (good genes-thanks dad!) but I’m a few short steps from being 30x2 so I’ll take what I can get. First grandchild coming in weeks . I don’t think I’ll look too old to be a grandma!

I look young; I'm 46 but people often tell me I look like I'm in my 20s or 30s. I think it's just hereditary; my mom is in her 70s and looks very young still - people often think she's in her 40s or 50s.

I’m turning 50 in October, but people are always shocked when I say that. Many say I look like I’m younger 40s

Tai:
Do you think she's pretty?
Cher:
No, she's a full-on Monet.
Tai:
What's a monet?
Cher:
It's like a painting, see? From far away, it's OK, but up close, it's a big old mess. Let's ask a guy. Christian, what do you think of Amber?
Christian:
Hagsville.
Cher:
See?
:rotfl2:

I'm not a Cher, Dionne, or Amber, I'm a Tai.

I'm not sure.

I'm really 50, but I only stopped getting carded at the grocery store a couple of years ago, so if we're going by that, maybe 45?

On the other hand, I've had a grey streak at least since I was 30, so I look older to people who judge by hair than by skin (unless they just thought it was fake?)

I'm 55 and if people guess they usually guess 50'ish; never older than I actually am. I don't look super-young but I'm petite, non-wrinkly and I colour my hair. I think I'm holding up pretty well against my same-aged competition. :goodvibes

Man! What is your secret for the many of you who look so much younger than you really are?
Vitamins? Lots of sleep? Whole foods only?

People are stunned that I am 65 and my DH is nearly 70. Neither of us look our age. I do not color my hair anymore but my skin is still quite youthful looking. So, perhaps in my 50s, DH early 60s
