How old do you have to be to book a room

My daughters and friends are planning a trip for senior week. What age do they need to be to book a room? Thanks for any help.

My daughter went her senior year (2000) with friends and stayed at the All Star Resort. When I booked their reservations (I booked 2 rooms), at least one person in each room had to be 18.
