How old do you feel?

For the most part I feel like I'm about 80 or so. My body hurts constantly, my life has fallen apart, etc. Mentally and physically I feel so old. Just tonight I told my dad that I feel so old.

I'm 36, but truly, I feel like I'm in my mid 20's. Since I lost 40lbs and recently starting working out again, I feel sooooooo much better. Hey, I may be 36, but I have my 12 year old mental moments.

I'll be 49 on the 22nd. Sometimes I feel that old and some times I feel older. Never younger unless I am at WDW. That is the only time I feel young and free without a worry in the world.

Well, I just turned 39, but am probably in the best shape of my life.

That said, I'm sitting here in a cast because of a torn Achilles tendon, I dislocated my jaw last Saturday, and I have a cardiologist appt. on Thursday for what they suspect is a faulty heart valve.

So, ummmm....about 197 or so? ;) (But still young enough to take on Pop Daddy!) :cool1:

Im 25. When I am with my friends that I have known forever, I feel like I am 19 or so. But most of the time, when I am worrying about money and bills and pregnancy, and ds, I feel very much like I am middle aged.

Just ask me how I got that dislocated jaw! :teeth:

I'll turn 49 next month, but I've always felt younger than I am. I feel younger in my ideas, and physically I feel better than I see others my age.

I lost a lot of weight starting almost 4 years ago, and have been working out. That's really made a difference. I feel physically a lot better than I did 10 years ago! :sunny:

I turned 34 on Sat, and I still feel like I'm in my 20's. Someone asked me "how old are you this birthday?" and my first reaction was "28...no, wait, I'm over 30...what year is it?" My DH just rolled his eyes! :rotfl2: (I did eventually figure out how old I am - I had to do the math, though!)

I'm often surprised to find out I'm older than some of my friends - maybe it's because my jobs have primarily been either working with preschoolers or working with college students. It keeps me young at heart.

I am in my late 20's but lately with our new baby I feel about 60. I guess that is what lack of sleep can do. However most days I feel my age but usually I dont know what that age is unless I take my little sisters age and add three years. How come I dont keep track of my age but I always know how old she is? :upsidedow

I know! My BF and I are the same age, and over the past few years, we would both have to look at each other and say, "...wait, how old are we?". We never forgot 30, but after that, it was a blur to 35.

Maybe it wasn't the age, it could have been adding the 2 kids to my life ;)

Like Stewart on MAD TV, "I dont wanna say"! ;)

I'm 54 and wish I felt that young... In my head, I'm still in my 20s, but my body feels more like 90 sometimes.

Normally, I don't think I look as old as I am, but I must be having a bad week; I was in the local grocer the other day, on Senior (65+) discount day, AND THEY GAVE ME THE DISCOUNT! I would have complained, but their prices are normally a little higher than the big chain stores, so I just kept my trap shut and took the discount...

Oooohhhh.....that's funny! Pitiful but funny.

I am 32, but lately I feel like a hundred. Its amazing what worry and stress can do to you!

Funny you should ask this. I've been having issues lately dealing with "growing up". I'm going through some kind of depression right now and it's making me crazy. I have discussed it with a coworker and she asked my age. When I told her 32 she said it is normal. I am kind of like a 12 year old. Not quite a teen yet but feels too old to play with dolls. I look, act, and most of the time feel much younger than I am. I know that I need to be grown up and responsible, but I feel too young to just sit home and waste away. I love my 3 kids and DH dearly, but lately all I've wanted to do was get out. Not be a lush, just hang out with other adults and have a good time. Reba's song, Is There Life Out There kind of sums it up.
