How old do kids need to be to go in parks solo

I think Disney has it right when they say 14 -- that's assuming an adult is in the park (or otherwise nearby). Also assuming the kids have a cell phone for communication.

14 is the age to enter the parks alone. That would mean an adult isn't in the park.
You can actually be younger and alone IN the park. But you have to enter with someone who is 14+.

As always, each child is different. 14 is the minimum age that Disney allows. However, some kids may not be mature enough at 14 to go it alone. Use your discretion as only you know your child.

I know this sounds obvious, but it has to be said anyway.
I didn't register an opinion either way... just answered a specific question with the factual answer. OP said couldn't find the info.

We're talking about opinions. I personally would not allow a 14-year old to go to the parks alone.

The OP was not asking for opinions, they were asking what age Disney requires a child to be yo enter a park alone.

@3gr8boys answered the question that was asked. Please do not try to make this into something it isn’t.
