How old are you really?

I was ahead of the game till it came to the stress I've had in the past 12 months.... losing a parent and a job in the same year added YEARS to my Real Age....

My new lifestyle took the years back off, though! I wish it considered how much my faith plays in my life and how it's gotten me through my trials. I've seen stress age and kill people who've been through the same things I've been through without it.

I also got a message to become YOUNGER I should get a dog... I guess if it knew that I have two cats that are just like little dogs I would've gotten a few more points...

Don't complain...I am 54 and my test age came out to 73 !!!!
