? How often is the ADR info updated for phone operators?

DH called today to see about changing our CRT reservation for early Dec from lunch to breakfast (and yes I do know it's a longshot). I told him to call every change he got because you never know when someone will cancel. The phone operator person told him their info is only updated once a day and that calling muliple times would do no good.

Anyone know if that's accurate? I always make our ADRs 180 days out and we've never had trouble getting an ADR with that system...so this is new to me.

I've been trying and trying to make one online for CRT but the online system kicks me back to the reservation page without really checking. It's not a huge deal but they've changed the lunch menu and now breakfast just looks a lot more appealing.

Isn't that interesting, it really is just spinning you around in circles, isn't it? I just went through the process as though I was making a lunch ADR, and it just plops you right back to the "how old is your kid" page.

I know nothing about if they are updated more than once per day, but I wanted you to know that you're not seeing things on that page.

the same thing kept happening to me. I got no where and there was 1 res. available for Le Cellier and I was afraid it would be gone because it wouldnt sign me in. I just kept going in circles finally I got the res. as a guest without signing in and I just wrote down the res. # Hope this works for you

It's good to know I'm not alone. I have been trying to make the reservation both as a guest (not logged in) and also logged in.

Akershus works for me but not CRT very frustrating. It would probably be less frustrating if I could do the calling but the whole trip is a surprise for DD and I'm a SAHM so dh has to call from work.

I was just on the phone this morning with a reservationist and while we were talking she mentioned 2 or 3 times that she wanted to check a certain day again because her system had just updated. Made me think it's updated continuously which is good for us late-comers looking for hard-to-get ADR's!! I SO want to take my grandson to Chef Mickey's for breakfast but it's a LOOOOOONG shot!
