How often have you gone?

OH man!! Yesterday the forecast was clear....but Tues-Thurs of next week look very nice!! :) Well, if it rains the crowds will likely be lower so that's good. :) I'll be sure to take my boots with me this time. :)

Ooh, I keep my passes, too! But I only keep one from each trip, or the hotel parking thing or whatever. I want to say this year I've been about 8 times, for about 3-4 days each. Pretty good for being about 5 hours away! I think last year we may have even been about 10 times. One time we literally went, came back, had a few more days off together two weeks later, and went again, haha!

Ohh, I am like the OP, PARKING PASSES all over the car; in the glove box, back seat, cup holder, under the seat, trunk....:lmao: Well maybe not in all those places but we do go ALLOT!

You know with January around the corner I am going to start saving my parking passes for 2010!! ::yes::

its good to know we're not the only one's that go a lot :) we may go this weekend even though they are predicting rain.

The big question....how does it feel after 78 times? Does it ever get old?

Aww...OP - you're so lucky! I've been there twice this year (2 days in May and 5 days in August). I'll be there again during Christmas weekend though :goodvibes

Although it is a never ending story that u always want to go in every month hehe

This past year, just once for one day. I'm hoping to get a free ticket through the "Give a Day, Get a Disney Day" and go with just my mom (something I haven't done since I was a kid) this next year. I'm also going to apply to their summer internship for law/mba students in Burbank once I get through finals (2 down and 2 to go), so maybe I'll get lucky and get the job and go more than once over the summer (someone has to walk around Disneyland/try the food/ride the rides/meet the characters looking for lawsuits waiting to happen, right?).

Twice--once as a small child (age 4, I think) and once as an adult (in 2008). Hoping to go again in September 2010. Truthfully, I'm hoping to start going every other year...but I'm easing my husband into that plan. ;)

:goodvibes I like your master plan for your husband. :) Then you can work in an annual trip plan.:thumbsup2 Remind him of the wonderful promotions and discounts that are available throughout the year, as well as the awesome flights that can become available. And if you and your family decide to drive instead, remind him of how terrific and what a learning (Good ;)) experience going on a road trip can be with the family. Next year there is the Give a day get a Disney day promotion too.

I tried to keep track one year and then DH accidentally threw all the passes away so I never got to count them :( But probably like 40+ that year. This was a slower year for me, but since Oct 22, we have been 4 times! My baby might end up going 5 times before he is even 4 months old  haha!

I've been 5 times, twice of which were this year! (for 2 weeks each trip)

That's a lot of 14 hours plane trips!! I'm so jealous of everyone that lives so close.

the most we've ever gone in one twelve month period was likely somewhere around 100-120 times. most of those trips occurred between fall of '01 and fall of '02. we lived half an hour away, and would often go to DLR after work 2-3 times per week. our kids were all under 10 then, and we had a teeny tiny yard at home, no real room for them to run. so we considered our frequent trips to disneyland a great way for them to get TONS of exercise (and they DID! lol!) all of those evenings at the parks are pretty much our best family memories of all time. i love those memories!!

we all miss it very much! :sad2: now we only get to go once a year because we live out of state. we stay anywhere between 2 and 5 days in the parks. we canceled our trip this year because my dad passed away shortly before we were supposed to go, and we just weren't up for it, so we haven't been to DLR in more than a year now.

in 2010 we're going for an extended stay, though...10-12 days in the parks! woohooo!

I came for 5 days in June with a friend, and have done 6 day trips since I down here for college. I have a feeling that if I had a car here, that number would be a lot higher..
