How often does a baby raptor hatch?

Every time I've gone to the Discovery Center, I've missed a hatching and I want to see one. Do they do it on a set schedule?

Last time we were there we saw 2 hatchings, I cant remember how long we were there, but I doubt it was more than 45 minutes.

I would like to know this also! As many times as we have visited and stayed quite a while waiting to see a baby hatch, we never time it right
It seemed like we were almost there an hour.
