How often do you shower?

Generally- every day.

Once in a blue moon I may have a day I don't shower if it's just a lazy day around the house....

I usually shower every morning. If I have evening plans, I will take an additional shower before going out. My hair gets oily quickly and needs to be washed daily. By the end of the day it isn't looking great, so if I got out at night I have to shower again.....

Every morning before I go to work (which sometimes means getting up at 4.45AM ) and most days when I get home, unless I'm just exhausted and not planning on going out the rest of the day.

I only wash my hair every other day though, otherwise it gets dry.

I will admit to having days off when I don't even get out of my PJs, let alone shower!

shower every nite before bed cuz i like going to bed clean..i give my girls a shower every nite cuz i want them to learn good hygeine. if they choose not to take one every day when their older then thats fine but i feel like right now at age 7 they are learning habits that they will carry on into adulthood. right up there with keeping their rooms clean and learning to be somewhat organized. for me personally, i feel like i have been running around all day and going to bed without a shower is like bringing all the dirt and sweat into my bed and then laying in it for 7hrs

I take a shower or bath every morning when I get up. I wash my hair every day too (I have really oily hair). I also shower after I exercise (or should I say when I exercise) in the evenings. Also, if I happen to do any yard work or some other activity that I get sweaty or dirty I will take an extra one. i just can't start my day without a shower or bath.

Eh....once upon a time I would never dream of going 24 hours without a shower, but now with 2 kids, I take what I can get. Every other day is the goal cuz that's how long I can go before my hair looks gross.

I shower every other day, but do a wash-up type thing every morning. If I were a guy; I'd shower every day. The only reason I don't is because of my hair. Even if I were to try to shower without washing my hair, it would completely flatten and make my hair look gross from the steam, so I shower and wash hair ect. every other day.

i shower every day to wash my body, but i wash my hair every other day unless i think it feels yucky. i shower anytime after i eat because at school i usually study or do stuff in bed after, and i don't want to feel like i'm dirtying my bed. i always shower after dinner and if i do something that makes me sweat or gross after that (or if i eat again), i shower again before bed.

I usually shower and wash my hair twice a week, sometimes three times a week if I get sweaty doing... whatever. Basically if I start to feel dirty, I shower.

I'm curious.. how often do you shower? I know a lot of people who shower 2-3 times a week, and others who shower up to three times a day!

I usually shower every other day, but will do a wipe down with a wash rag on the days I don't shower.

I am sorry but something about what I bolded just makes me I don't know why. I know there is nothing wrong with it but it, well, I don't know...
I shower daily. Sometimes if I am not going anywhere I will stay in my pj's all day and not shower. If I am cleaning all day I will definetly shower even if I am not going anywhere. I try not to wash my hair every day though. Every other if I can. Although I usually just wash it because I feel gross otherwise.

Almost always every day, though depending on what I've done over the weekend, I might skip a Saturday or Sunday depending on what time I took the previous shower. If it was at night, then I'd skip the next day.

I don't wash my hair every day anymore. I usually go every other day, or sometimes every third day. I could probably go even longer than that without washing it, but it would feel too gross to me.

I can't believe so many people are saying daily!! My skin is getting itchy just thinking about it! Water strips your skin of so many essential oils and dries it out big time. I wash my face, and, like the OP said, the "essentials", everyday, but my goal is to only take a full shower, including washing my hair, every third day. In the nice weather when I'm out in the sun often, I try not to wash the "non-essential" body parts more than once a week because I don't want to wash off all that great vitamin D. Although, I do love various body wash scents, so I have to really force myself not to use them everyday!

I chose other because I do a combo of things. I shower at least once a day, but depending on what I'm doing the rest of the day, it could be more. I try not to wash my hair every day though. Usually that gets done every other day or so, depending on what it feels like.

I shower and wash my hair EVERY day. I can't imagine not showering everyday unless it was for medical reasons (bad eczema for example). The only times I don't wash my hair everyday are when I'm going to be home all day anyway. DH showers everyday also. Even twice if it's hot and we've been sweating all day. Our two DS, who both are grown and live on their own, shower everyday also. They both have always bathed/showered everyday. I bathed them everyday as babies once they were 3-4 months old. Prior to that, every other day with "spot" cleaning in between.

I know a couple of people who don't shower/bathe everyday and they mistakenly think that no one can tell. Wrong. Just because you can't smell yourself doesn't mean others can't.
