How often do you purchase new clothes???

It's not like I have an odd-sized body... size 12-14 but with shortish legs, big hips and a narrow waist.

Apple Bottom jeans. They fit wonderful for body types like that.

ALSO - if youre near a Kohl's and dont want to spend mucho-bucks on Apple Bottom (although, theyre worth it!) Stamp 10 brand is nice, as well.

I'll usually buy clothes twice a season, once for anything that's new that I really like, and then stuff that is out of season, that is on sale, that I like but didn't "need" right away. I think I may buy too many tops, but that's the only thing I really overbuy, and maybe shoes, I have like ten pairs of shoes just for the summer.

I usually only buy clothes when they are on sale. Debs kills me sometimes because they always have stuff on sale. I bought 5 cute spring dresses a while back for like a buck a peice. It was crazy!

I wish I could find jeans though. Its like everyone is the same size is me so stores never have them in! not to mention regular is too short and long is too long. I need something in between.

I used to only buy new clothes once or twice a year but now that I've lost so much weight I have to keep updating my wardrobe every time I shrink out of them which is every 3 to 4 months.

I shop for work clothes when I get desperate for a change, I stand in my closet and just hope something will jump out at me that matches and looks cute. When I do that too often DH say's it's time to hit the mall. I can shop so much easier for casual clothes, tanks, shorts, t-shirts are easy. Dress clothes not so easy! I think part of my shopping thing is that dress clothes are soooooo expensive! I can't justify spending $60 plus on dress pants.

Are enough things ripped, permanently stained, or the fabric falling apart? I'll go shopping then. I'll usually buy something in three or four colors so I won't have to go shopping for quite a while. Shoes, too. Shoes are my least favorite shopping!!
