How often do you change the bed linen?

About once every 10 days or so. I tried to do it weekly, but I felt like it was such a waste!!! Growing up, I changed them every 6 months or so - never sick, etc.

I do change DS's every week, though. He drools in his sleep. So all linens AND pillows get washed..

I said every 2 weeks- I wish I could get to them more often but I have had a really haed time lately finding a flow/balance to my weekly cleaning routine and combining it with everything else!

I should do it more. I think I average about once every two weeks for DH and I's sheets but I'm sure the kids are closer to once a month. I just do so much laundry. Without sheets I do about 10 loads a week. I can't fit an entire bed's worth in our dinky machine so doing everyone's sheets adds 6 loads! That doesn't include bedspreads. I think ours goes to the dry cleaners 2x a year and the kid's get washed every few months.

Once a week, it is part of the house cleaning routine. If someone is sick, more often. If DH is gone on a long business trip, less often (he sweats them up a lot).
