How often can you call??

How often can you call to ask if you have a pin #? Is it something that is daily, weekly, monthly? Thanks everyone!:surfweb:
 

I guess I should ask how OFTEN the codes are listed....daily, monthly, weekly? Then I can work it in to how often I can use the phone......luckily we don't have a pay phone like the Bradys so I don't have to search for change! :banana:
 
Do you have to ask the CM if you have a PIN or will they tell you?? We just booked our package last week so I'm wondering now if I may have a PIN or not... :confused3
 
you ask if there is any under your name, and everyone in your parties name (if you have listed them in the past) One woman said the code was under her daughters name. I checked yesterday under mine and my hubby's...nothing! That is why I am trying to find out how often they come out....
 
How often the codes come out? I.E. how often we should call and check if you have one? Is it daily or weekly for example? Any info would be helpful.......

...and to think that "Gina", my ever-helpful-and-friendly CM told me they NEVER use anyone but the primary person's name....:rolleyes1
 
hmmm, the CM I spoke to last night asked for anyone else in my household that we could check for.......:confused3
 
Just called and got a pin # under my hubby's name...it is a room discount but only good til Aug 3rd---we are going later in the year.....:sad2:

The CM said to keep trying for a diffrent pin as it is random and can happen any time............:banana:

I have called once a week for the last 4 weeks. Each time the agent immediately asked "Have you heard from us via postcard or email with a code?" - implying that a code won't just show up unless they've sent something out to me first. They have our household on record (me, DH and 2 boys) and none had any codes. It's been a very quick call each time (and sad cuz no further discounts!!).

I have called several times over the last few months and received the same response, so I gave up and booked through AAA last week. My AAA agent said that if we do end up receiving a pin, he will have it applied it to our reservation (or cancel our current and rebook).

I called and asked to see if I had a PIN and the agent actually laughed at me! How embarrassing! Then she huffed and puffed when I asked her about dates and amount of discount... "I don't know. *sigh* Usually about 20% I think."
 
I just called yesterday after reading about doing this on here...

The CM was very nice and looked it up for me. She said there WAS a code for my name in the computer but I had never received an email or gotten a post card which she said was odd. Unfortunately, we're already booked for December, and the code was only good until Sept. 29. I think I saw somewhere on here that Dec. codes usually come out around August, so I guess I'll just try again then...:rolleyes:
