How often are the shows at Briergarten?

We eat dinner there almost every visit to WDW (several times a year). I do not have any documentation, but seems as if they did a show about every 30-45 minutes during the dinner hours.

Experience the excitement of Oktoberfest with a festive dinner show in the Biergarten.
Daily at 1:15, 2:15, 3:15, 4:45, 5:55, 7:00 & 8:05pm
Length of show: 25 minutes
Seating based on restaurant availability.

Well that's odd because I saw it posted somewhere else last weekend, and of course now I can't remember where, that the shows were at 12:45, 1:45, 2:45, 4:15, 5:45, 7:00 & 8:15pm. When I made an ADR this week, the CM "confirmed" for me that the 1st show was 12:45, of course I can tell by the Disboards how inaccurate those type of CM confirmations can sometimes be. She put us at 12:30 to have time to get in and maybe get up and get food before the show started. I wonder which times are right? I guess if it is Steve Soares, we will just have to eat slow!

Steve updates his site every weekend. Maybe last week's times were different? It is possible that the times could change frequently depending on how many ADRs are booked for Biergarten in a given week and how Disney is seeing resort capacity numbers in a given week.
