How often are sheets changed? Opinions?

Why are blankets and bed spreads different? That's gross! Some people throw their luggage on the bed ( which is filthy) and lay on top of the blankets in their dirty clothes and who knows what else? I don't even want to think about it!

I dont think it is okay, but I do not think that they are changed between every guest. I have read that some folks take the cover let's and blankets off the beds in order to have the changed. I have nto done that, but I also do make sure I am not sleeping with the blankets and bedspreads touching me. The sheets are my friends.

I think most of the Disney resorts have gone away from the comforter and blankets in favor of the triple sheeting now. At least the ones I've stayed at in the last few years, AKL, POFQ, CSR, and Poly definitely didn't have blankets or bedspreads.

At DVC resorts on a reservation through DVC (not Disney Reservation Center), if you stay seven nights or less, you're not getting your sheets changed unless you pay for a full cleaning. If you stay eight nights or more, you'll get your sheet changed on day four, then every eight days. Unless you pay for more frequent full cleaning. Seven nights or less on day four you're getting your towels changed, trash removed and supplies replenished. With stays of eight nights or more, trash and towel is day eight and every eight days.

As long as I don't have a snake in my bed I don't care how long the sheets have been on the bed during my visit.

No snakes, but we did have a frog in the room (that eventually jumped on the bed) at POR the other night.

I am trying to think back on some recent stays...

6 nights WL in March, sheets never changed (I could tell by how wrinkled they were).
6 nights GF in December, sheets changed everyday. We did not make a special request.
