How Much Will AP Rates Increase for 2006??

I know what the AP rate was for 'our' week in 2005, but we're going in 2006. Is a rate increase for AP holders for the same week but a year later a given?
I see that a Mod went for $104 in 2005, should I tack on 5% to my Excel spreadsheet for next year's trip?
