I don't own a scale, but I happened to step on one today:rolleyes: I thought I lost 15+ pounds, but it was only 10. I'm not trying to sound like it's ONLY 10 lbs, I'm happy, but in the Atkins book that would mean that my metabolism would be in the High range according to the chart. I did go down 1 pant size too! I'm hoping for another by the end of May.
Which means I'd better get excersing more.
I still have 25lbs. to lose to get to my ideal weight according to the Atkins Chart.

I was just wondering how you all made out with your diets?

18 pounds the first three weeks and 1/2 pound the fourth week, I think the bloat fairy came to my house for an extended visit during February :( I thought he would never leave. I lost nothing the entire month of February but the whoosh fairy came to see me one day in April and that cheered me right up.

I'm just so pleased that I finally found an eating plan that works well and is right for me :)

I gained 4 lbs.!!!

No biggie. I've since lost that plus another 5.5! I'm pretty pleased with my progress, as it has not been painful at all, except I have been moderating my wine consumption.;)

Keep the Faith!

My scale is so fickle!! It never reads the same. I am estimating I only lost 10 lbs too!!! Like you, I think I am one in the high metabolism rating!!

I only lose when I strictly stay on Induction!! Since I have been adding cream to my decaf and eating those darn Mock Danish's I have remained stagnant on the weight!! I am hoping to jumpstart it again this week and try to limit my cream etc..........and stay close to induction!

Wednesday will mark one month for me and as of this morning I was down 12.5 pounds. I am very pleased so far with my progress. :) I don't know if I will be able to continue at this pace for very long but it is encouraging to get off to a great start.

I lost 6 lbs during my 1st month, then Feb hit and I went nowhere for the entire month of Feb. Fortunately that was when I found WISH, so I didn't give up and finally, slowly, the weight has started to come off. At this point through March & April I've lost another 7 lbs. Persistence DOES PAY OFF! :sunny:
