I don't own a scale, but I happened to step on one today
I thought I lost 15+ pounds, but it was only 10. I'm not trying to sound like it's ONLY 10 lbs, I'm happy, but in the Atkins book that would mean that my metabolism would be in the High range according to the chart. I did go down 1 pant size too! I'm hoping for another by the end of May.
Which means I'd better get excersing more.
I still have 25lbs. to lose to get to my ideal weight according to the Atkins Chart.
I was just wondering how you all made out with your diets?

I thought he would never leave. I lost nothing the entire month of February but the whoosh fairy came to see me one day in April and that cheered me right up.
