How much to tip?

So excited 2 days till we get there

Hoping I could get some tipping insite, how much to tip:

Shuttle driver LAX-BWPPI
Hotel room staff
Restaraunts

I'm not sure about the shuttle driver, but for the hotel staff, I'd leave $1-$2 per day, per person staying in the room for the housekeeping, if you want to tip them.

Also, for restaurants, it's best to tip 15%-20% of the total bill. I usually just double the tax amount given and round up and that's what I pay.

My tip would probably depend upon if I was helped with bags or not. If I was, it is easy to tip $1-$2 per bag. If I wasn't helped at all, I probably wouldn't give a tip.
