I'll be going down in late September/ early October for the Wine and Dine half marathon. It will be my first vacation by myself (my brother will be joining me later for the 1/2) and I'm SO EXCITED! My CURRENT plan is to stay at ASMusic (because POP isn't one of the sponsored resorts for the 1/2, and also will be alone for most of the vaca so don't need much room - would rather spend money on a nice dinner than a fancy room) BUT would like to rent a fridge. I know they are available but have no idea how much they cost. Since I'll be alone in the room for most of the time I'm there the real differences between value and moderates seem to be a fridge and coffee maker (if I want a sit-down meal, I want a nice one so I'll go to a deluxe, DDD or a park) I can bring a coffee maker, but how much for a fridge? Last time I went down was with a BF for my 30th BD and we stayed at CBR (loved it,but CBR isn't one of the resorts for the 1/2) and I'll tell you that coffee in the room saved my sanity. I'm SURE I'll miss the "quiet" pools from the moderates, but honestly the best part about the quiet pool was going alone while the BF watched TV so perhaps it won't be a big loss!

Alright. That was the longest way to ask how much to rent a fridge at a value.

PS anyone else going down for the Wine and Dine 1/2? It will be my first 1/2! I'm so excited!

Last year we stayed at Pop Century and I believe the Frig was $10 per night. Well worth it !!
