I want to have place cards, favors, centerpieces, candles and menus put out on the tables in the Flying Fish. Do you know how much DFTW will charge to do this? I think it is cheaper if I bring these items myself. Can the tealights or candles be real...or do they have to be LED? Thanks.

Well, Disney charges Wishes brides $35/hour (with a 1-hour minimum) to set out more than two items per place-setting, so that might be a good ballpark figure. However, I'd imagine this is one of those things should be asked of a Wedding Planner directly since it probably depends on the situation. Same for the candles - there are limits to the total number of flames you can have per table at most reception venues, but Flying Fish may have its own restrictions or prohibit them altogether. :thumbsup2

just wanted to add, I asked my WC if I brought my own Table cloths and napkins would Disney be able to set them up, even for a fee, and she said no, that I would have to designate someone to do it. Not only that, but that whoever I designated to do it, would only be able to access the room an hour before the event!

Pretty much every question I've asked that involves Disney setting up something I bring, the answer is always no. Not sure if this will change when I get a wedding planner. But you definitely want to check with them on that before you make too many plans to bring things. I'm sure they will do the normal things like favors and placecards but they may give you trouble with the centerpieces. You could probably get around that if you had Disney add some floral to it.
