How much to pay teenager to 'dogsit'?

We have a college girl from our church come to stay while we are gone. We pay around $10 a day, plus she can eat anything in the house (I stock up on her favorite stuff ahead of time). I also bring home a keychain or something small for her. She lets the dog out (fenced yard) and feeds & waters him, the cats and the bunny. She loves to come here, and it is great to have peace of mind while we are gone.

Holy smokes! You guys have it easy! We've paid upwards of $50 per night to put Bill up in a kennel. Yeesh!

Oh, Bill is your dog...I thought he was your partner.

$50 a night??? Yikes! And that's for one dog? I mean we pay that, but it's for 2 dogs.

I usually have a college student come and stay for the length of time that we are gone. I pay her $10 a day and all the eats. She's great with the dog (Maxwell) and he just loves when she comes to spend time with him.

I pay $10 per 24 hours. But my dog goes to the sitters house. He likes it there, they have 4 kids who play with him.

I pay a lady $20 a day to keep him at her house and she walks him once a day for 20 minutes and plays in the back yard a few times a day.
