How much to add on at OKW?

We are considering a small add on at OKW. Does anyone know the price per point? Are there any incentives for an OKW purchase? Also if anyone has done this recently how long was the wait? We have a February use year and would like to have the OKW points for that as well.

I think the charge is $89 per, pro-rated dues and no closing costs.
