My son loves video games and I want to stop in for a Disneyquest visit-- not playing regular video games, but hitting the highlights of the bigger intetactive/family games? How much time will we need?

You can do it in half of a day. We are locals and our whole family loves video games and we rarely go to DisneyQuest. When we do, it's just for a few hours at night. It's fun, but I wouldn't recommend being there all day... you will get burnt out looking at screens when it's 80 and sunny outside.

Thanks-- I was looking to go for a few hours in the evening after AK closes at 5pm I was hoping a few hours would be sufficient to do the highlights!!

That should be perfect. We went several years ago and my 3 boys loved it. The big interactive games are really fun. We will be there next week, hoping to arrive around 5 and spend the evening there.

We visited Disney Quest for the first time last trip and loved it so much we actually planned a second day to visit again that trip. We love going to Downtown Disney after the parks or in the morning when parks are open later. We spent around 4 hours our first time and about 2-3 hours the second time :)

We plan on going to DisneyQuest one morning during an off day. We have it planned to get there at opening and then leave around 1:30ish or so. My kids aren't too big into the traditional games (they do play them) but love the larger interactive ones (they can spend their day doing the Space Mountain ride, Buzz's Astro Blaster, and POTC). I don't think we could spend more then a few hours in there at a time...check that, I don't think I could spend more then a few hours in there :rotfl:. I am so glad that they have that little lounge where you can buy food and have the seats and tables so when DH and I are done playing, we will grab a beer and sit there while the girls go off and have fun :goodvibes.

We usually had to dinner at DTD, do some shopping and make our way down to Disney Quest. It can be done in a few hours.
