How much time to allow?

I'm coming in late on a Thursday with my family and spending the night at a hotel in Celebration. Then going to get up, Uber and take luggage to the Grand Floridian and wanting to make rope drop at MK at 8am. What time should I leave my Celebration hotel? I was thinking leaving around 6:30am. Does this give me enough time?
