I have a flight landing at 8:45 on a Tuesday morning going to rent a car and drive to Port Orleans and see if room is ready and then go to Hollywood studios what time should I start making my fast pass plus I was thinking about 12 o'clock it's three hours enough time to allow to get from the airport to the park? If room is not ready I was just going to leave luggage in the car or with concierge and head to the park I was not going to wait until the room is ready to go to the park.any advice would be appreciated.

That should work. Keep in mind that a 12:00 fastpass goes to 1:00. So plenty of time.

Back when we flew in and rented a car it was usually about an hour after landing that we'd be checking in. I'd go get the car while the family corralled the luggage. You should be fine.
