We are renting a limo (thanks for all your help everybody) from our hotel at WDW and have a departing time of 10:30 a.m.

How long does it take to get to port?

Since we don't have a package, we will have to check in at port. How long is that process? What time do you estimate we will board the ship?

I want to make ressies at Palos and the spa.

Thanks again!

Even if they allow early boarding (which they often do) you will likely not board until 12:15 or so. You will arrive in plenty of time to check in and get in line prior to the boarding tme. The trip from WDW is less than an hour.
:)

If you leave your hotel at WDW at 10:30, you'll probably get to the port in a little over an hour. It's about 45 min from the airport, and the resort is about 20 min in the opposite direction from MCO. The check-in process is pretty quick, one person can check the rest of the party in, while the others can get a spot in line to board the ship. Boarding generally begins at around 12:15, but may not start until 1:00pm.
