How much time to allow from Swan to MK?

Trying to decide what time to catch the bus from the Swan in order to ensure getting to MK by 8 am for early entry? Advice? Thanks in advance!
 
Walk over to Boardwalk and catch their bus to the MK. The Swan bus will only drop you off at TTC making it a much longer journey. I'd be at the BW bus stop by 7:15.
